Brian was a great technician! He hooked up my connection and waited to make sure my computer connected. My cat was entertained watching him and he played along throwing a toy or two.

Had recurring disconnects. Astound tech came out, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Determined the issue was definitely not my setup. Found some cut cables at the apartment house’s main box. System is working fine for now. Extremely happy and impressed by the service.
