“Replaced the windshield on my old Mazda truck after a tree fell on it. The A-pillar had a dent in it that affected the install, but I told them I didn't really care what it looked like, I just wanted it to be safe and waterproof. They charged a fair price and took extra care on the dented section to make it seal well and look good given the circumstances. Will absolutely go back after the next inevitable tree attack.”

“Earl came out to help us while we were stranded in Chehalis, he got us squared away really quickly and was super helpful showing my husband some diagnostic fixes for in the future. We were a little down the freeway when the check engine light came on AGAIN… Earl was quick to offer to turn around and meet us at the next exit we could stop at that was the opposite direction! He took a look and even followed us to our exit off the freeway in case there was another issue! We are really impressed with his care and empathy of our situation and we will be keeping his number for the future!”

“I am a 54 yr old man and long time customer who has had more than a few repairs done by these people. Some major, some minor, some simply maintenance.
I live in montesano and I will tow my Mack dumptruck, of I have to (I had to do that once and they actually helped me with that,) to get it to their shop.
Shelly, Benjamin all the boys, the father (who I apologize I can't remember his name) are exemplary in every job they perform, beyond reproach, incomparable and they will find the most inexpensive route they can.... Eh, they don't rake you over the coals and fleece you for whatever they can.
They value their customers and I have to tell you... I don't see allot of that these days.
I couldn't give them a higher rating or speak in greater terms.
I think I actually love these people.”

“I needed some rock chip repairs. When I call to inquire pricing, the owner Kurt was very friendly. A few minutes later I decided to call back and use their service because of the pleasant phone call and advice that I received. He said that he just had a cancellation so I was able to get in the next morning. He said he tries to get everybody in by the next business day. I was told three repairs could take up to an hour and a half. Two repairs took them about 30 minutes! Apparently they have had issues updating their Google page, so I did not realize that the place was in Shelton and not Olympia. I called right when they opened to let them know that I was going to be late because of this and they were very accommodating. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and started working on my car right away. Very happy with my service and will use this business again!”
“I had an excellent experience with Northwest Truck and Equipment Repair while traveling from Washington back to California. After hearing a strange noise coming from my coach's engine area, I was fortunate they called me back after I left a voicemail. Spencer arrived promptly to inspect my coach and successfully diagnosed the issue. He was extremely professional and demonstrated a deep understanding of his work. “I used to shop here as a teen for car stereo equipment and 30 years still same great service, they took my 91’ Chevy short box farm truck and made it come back from the dead. It hasn’t ever ran this well! Idles perfectly, it really has us thinking about fixing the old girl up a bit. Great communication with Advanced, the guys up front are sure to keep you informed on prices as they found things wrong and offered lots of different solutions. “About a month ago i started experiencing issues with 2016 subaru outback, the battery was dieing, when we switched the battery it caused my vehicle not to start, had to have it towed into dennys where they quickly.discovered my main subaru fuse was blown.
after ordering and putting the new fuse in they would call back .
they did call me back quickly and let me know that who ever did work on my sube in the past switched a bunch of fuses around, dennys quickly caught it and fixed the issue, my car was repaird and up in running in less than a week. Im So happy with how quickly and effectively they handled my issues and how tranparent and communicstive sunshine was. I will Definitely be taking my cars here from now on.”

“Last week I had my oil changed. They forgot to reset my dash oil readout to 100 percent when they changed it. I went back today and had no wait and no issues with them reseting it. Very pleased very helpful . I had bought an extra court of oil for them to run thru after they dumped the old oil and before they plugged it back up. There was no issue with that the honored my request. Thank you Walmart Auto center”
