I was also helped by teller: Luceran (that’s what was on receipt. She was also kind, fast, and again very personable. I’m so grateful for how this experience has gone in an otherwise trying time.”

“OCCU got my refi done on my property when no other lender would.My phone bricked on 07/22/2022 and I can't call in to make my payment until I get it fixed/replaced. There are several references on the website to being able to email them but there is no email address listed anywhere on the site! Help!”
“My husband and I had a great experience with the Shelton Branch yesterday. We recently opened a car loan and had to set up ACH payment. Christine and Charlie were very friendly, informative, garnered excellent patience with our questions for understanding the process thru them & was very helpful in explaining our other options available for debt consolidation, home loans, construction loans etc. We thought we had to make our first payment manually, due to time constraints, however Amber reached out to me and said that wouldn’t be necessary and the ACH would pull out first payment in time (with only 2 business days before due (as they are closed on weekends) & this took a lot of stress off my shoulders to make sure it wasn’t late.I only give 4 stars because it sure would be nice to have Saturday hours for ones who aren’t local to be able to do business other than during the week. Other than that, everyone we have encountered so far has been extremely nice and helpful. Today was our first day ,so we will see how things go. I do agree with another reviewer in stating an Olympia Branch would be Nice & maybe a Hoquiam Branch as well.”
