“This review is overdue. I started with Oly Credit Union around 11 years ago. Even though I no longer live in the area, I've stayed with them because they've maintained great customer service. When I call, they kindly answer and are helpful. I could move to a credit union closer to home, but why? Their app/portal is great, and if I have other needs I can simply call and speak with someone who will help which is quite rare these days. Thank you, Olympia Credit Union!”

“Local business, wonderful humans. OlyFed has quickly earned high marks in my experience. I recently moved business accounts to OlyFed, then refinanced my home with them. On the West Side, Jane Walker, the house loan officer was extremely patient, helpful, compassionate and effective. As a 40 something. Adulting is full of regular new and scary experiences that are simply unanticipated. Jane was a friendly face, communicative, patient and resourceful to answer calls and questions as they came up through our process. “I've been a longtime customer and have always received great service. My dad died leaving behind a huge stack of savings bonds. The bank's policy is to not cash savings bonds for a decedent, even with letters testamentary from a court. It appears to be a widespread problem with banks so Heritage is apparently not alone. Other than that, I have no complaints.”
