“I live remotely and our town was experiencing some rather problem-some issues with our fiber optic cables sustaining damage that would take around 3 weeks maybe longer to repair. Leaving the town without internet, cable, and limited phone service. It couldn’t have happened at a worse time for myself as I’m in the middle of launching an online business. Panic sets in when you realize you have no way of keeping in touch with my web design company or even worse, knowing if customers are trying to contact you. Thankfully the amazing staff at Zeppelin Shipping & Technology Center were right on top of it. They gathered a bunch of Starlinks and had them Gold streaked (flown upon Alaska Airlines)to Sitka so many of us were back operational within days. For those of you that don’t know remote living that’s a task to be proud of. Nothing gets done fast overnight shipping is 3 days if you’re lucky. I can’t thank the staff at Zeppelin Shipping enough for making all those arrangements to help out this small town in our internet crisis you are all appreciate.

Either way, I ordered a record that was marked delivered but never showed up and I was stressed because it was a limited release and wouldn't be able get another copy.
