Waited for a long time in the customer service line while bank employees complete avoided eye contact with me and did nothing to advance the line. When someone finally did help me, no apology was forthcoming. Very disappointing service after banking with this bank for 40+ years.

ALERT ??I’ve been a customer of Bank of America since 2000 and I have five checking accounts with them and they told me you’re a gold preferred reward customer so keep $5000 minimum balance any one of your account and that’s what I did , but one of the account balance was lower than 5000 which doesn’t matter because my other accounts the balance were higher and I hardly use that account and they were charging $25 monthly maintenance fee on that account for two years total of $525.00 . And they never send me any notice it was my fault I did not notice because I don’t use that account and they refuse to return the charges . So be careful guys watch your accounts and their employees are not well trained. They need more training because of untrained employees ? and false information customer has to suffer. I went to the branch talk to the banker and his answer was I totally understand you are right you have money sitting in other accounts but I’m sorry I can’t help you , the thing is that his sorry is not gonna pay me my $525.. i’m going to close all my 5 checking accounts with them

I walked in to cash a check. There were 8 people ahead of me in line and 2 tellers. I was there an hour. Only one teller was there the entire time. The other closed down his register to "help" people with non-cash business. The person at the end of the line needed to speak with an associate, who was busy with a group of three other people. The teller stood in line with him for the remainder of the time. I actually asked him why he couldn't help those of us in line while the customer waited for the associate. His response was that he had closed down at his window. When I eventually got to the one remaining teller, the three people still were being assisted by the associate. I have accounts at 4 different banks. I wanted to cash a check from one of my other bank accounts. Because it was for more than what was currently on balance in my BofA account, they would not cash it. I have a large credit limit on my BofA Visa. Apparently they had no interest in my Visa, although they required it when I approached the window. The teller I dealt with explained I could deposit the check, but I couldn't draw on it until the next day. So I waited, impatiently, for an hour to be told they could not help me. I wish I could say it was only this branch that was infuriating, but I have had similar unsatisfactory experiences with wait times at the Northgate branch as well. Customer service at BofA is a misnomer. It is "non" service. If my credit rating weren't so high, I'd just close my account (and cancel my Visa). Since I'm not sure how that would effect my rating, I'm reluctant. Time to do some research.

I was there to get a cashier’s check, but then when I go to the place to make payment with that cashier’s check, they said the bank forgot to sign it! Then I have to go back to the bank, and I was waving outside cause they closed when we got back and no one seems to eyeing that someone is waiting on the door because of their mistake! How ridiculous! And when we come in finally, the manager was asking us to slip the check in without opening the door until I asked him. Rude! I want to give 0 star if I can.

My son deposited his employment check on August 31st & received a receipt for his deposit & some cash back, this morning his account states he's overdrawn & Bank of America customer service told him that there's no history of the deposit, he can file a claim or go to the bank that he made the deposit at to have it quickly resolved, this is the only Bank of America that it is not open Saturday. He is unable to pay his bills, fix a flat tire, fix his phone, buy food for him & his wife or do anything else that he had planned to do or get taken care of this weekend. This is more than an inconvenience & needs to be resolved immediately. My son said he had to ask for his receipt & the male teller that took his deposit was being given direction by a female teller on how to go back to pull up the receipt that he should have been given without having to ask for it. The male teller obviously didn't enter the deposit correctly, of all the mistakes a bank teller can make this one puts one onto a state of shock, disbelief and panic that nobody should go through

All BOA locations suck!This particular one has really gone sideways.They cancelled my appointment I made 2 weeks ago today (day of appointment) because their hours changed. Again. No wonder I’m trying to move away from them. They suck. And the associates never answer the phone and when they do, they are so rude.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Spoke to them over the phone about adding my wife to an additional account they told me to come in to make the changes, gathered the wife and two kids and went down there, upon arrival they told me I'd have to make an appointment. They're was literally one other customer there. Went to a different branch and had no issues. I would highly recommend not going here.

Time to get a new bank. One teller for 5 customers in line. Not once have I come in and there was not a line. Ridiculous. Employees do their best with being shorthanded.

Don’t go here. I work for tips & the tellers here hassle me EVERY time I try to deposit them. Will definitely take my business somewhere else if that’s such an inconvenience to you.

Be prepared to stand in line while 1 teller does all the work.. sure there might be other workers doing other things but no one ever seems to be available to help get the line moving. It's ALWAYS like this
