“We visited this dance studio for our daughter's birthday. We picked the glow in the dark party. The kids had a blast! The instructor, Tamara was so kind and flexible to our requests ー we all are appreciated. Many of our guests had a pleased time while visiting.”

“What a great gym! I started working out here and my first session was with Alexa who was fantastic. Staff are very nice and Alexa was in tune to everyone’s needs while making sure we got the most out of our workouts. Comfortable and welcoming environment especially for a newbie like myself!”

“I’ve been going through a difficult period in my personal life, and this gym has become much more than just a place to work out, it’s been a sanctuary where I’ve been able to heal both mentally and physically. From the moment I walked in, Lauren and the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported. Everyone is incredibly kind, encouraging, and creates an environment where people of all fitness levels feel comfortable. It’s rare to find a gym that not only helps you get stronger physically, but also lifts you up emotionally. Lauren deserves special recognition for her warmth, positivity, and the care she shows to members. You can tell she truly cares about the people who walk through the doors. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need for my workouts, but it’s really the people that make this place special. I’m grateful to have found this gym during a challenging season of life, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.”

“Kinda strange... thought I already rated this... showerheads are atrocious and not quite enough hot water to take a decent shower, as mentioned by more than one person without me bringing it up...”
