This place has been burglarized on a big scale twice in the last 2 months . Police say thieves have mastered keys to these storage places. Beware!

I recently began renting a Public Storage storage unit and I couldn’t be happier. From the beginning, the process was easy and smooth. I was able to do a lot online and I also downloaded the app. I phoned the on-site person to find out more about the specific unit I would get and he was helpful. When I went to get the key to the unit, The Public Storage person (name Lemlem) was friendly and showed me how to access the building and my specific unit.
The Public Storage building and unit are ‘climate controlled’, modern, clean, well lit and well-made and secure.
Public Storage was a great choice.

This 5 star review is for Spencer only, I truly hate this place but enjoy him. I’ve been using public storage for 3 years now and the people that work here are not kind. Lucky for us we get Spencer every once in a while. He’s a very kind and understanding human being and sees others as such. I truly cannot wait until I can get out of this mess of a building but will be sad to know I won’t see Spencer anymore. Hailey or Hayley however you spell it should be fired for constantly power tripping on costumers. She wants to do her job so bad she’s willing to speak over you & yell at you when she should really be trying to find solutions to better meet your needs & listening to the costumers questions. How can you help when you’re just screaming at people on the phone? She should be better trained and whoever did train her should be to blame for her psychotic behavior & scare tactics. She literally threatens to throw your stuff away for asking a simple question. Spencer truly deserves good things and great success. Spencer should honestly be training your employees. Don’t meet many people with that great or communication skills, he’s calm so no going back and forth with clients, he’s just overall a great asset and the only reason why this location is probably still in business.

We recently got set up with a new unit. Lemlem helped us set up some of the advanced settings so that it worked the way we wanted it to. This is a really great, secure storage facility and all of the staff are friendly and helpful.
