Clean and bright, easy to navigate halls and elevator with the app. LemLem was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was busy the day we were there and they still managed to unload 4 trucks - thank you.

Lemlem at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I had an issue with a lost key and had to come back several times to get everything sorted out. Each time she was positive, patient, and clear about the process. Really great customer service and I appreciated how easy she made a frustrating situation.
