“I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of. I have never felt hassled to spend more than was necessary; have always been given a clear understanding of the issues with my car and how they may be effecting the vehicle; and feel the staff are respectfully personal in their care. I genuinely look forward to going into the office when I come. I could not recommend them enough.”
“Came to Arne's for a second opinion cause my 2009 Suzuki was overheating. First mechanic claimed my radiator was cracked and quoted 3k for a fix. Brought the car to Arne's and they found that both motor fans were busted and absolutely nothing wrong with the radiator! New fans put in and no overheating since! Guy I spoke to was super helpful and got the repair done super quick! Husband and I found our mechanic shop for as long as we live in MLT!”

I got a quote for new brakes at a local dealership and without me telling them the cost, they were cheaper by more than $100 dollars. This is a family business owned and operated by two brothers and they have been there for many years.
They were also very nice to my little boy and gave him a toy car when we came in and now he asks to go back!

So I tried Chuck Olson Kia. I figured they will know the car well enough being they are almost the same, the cars that is not the dealerships. My Service writer Rick Villa, from the initial phone conversation to meeting face to face in ther great facility showed me honesty and unmistakable ethics, and that was all before the total of my invoice came in thirty dollars less than quote. “Bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV at Chuck Olson Chevy. After driving the car home about 65 miles away, there was an error and found out the car needed a transmission fluid pump and should not be driven. The Chevy EV concierge service had it towed to the closest certified Bolt repair center (Titus Will Chevy). Titus Will stated that the part was on backorder at the factory, and they had to wait for either the factory to produce the parts or checking stock at another dealership to see if they had the part and was willing to sell it to them. Titus Will could not give me a date and stated it might be 2 weeks or months before I would get the car back. I emailed the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy with a timeline of facts and asked what could be done. Greg authorized his shop to take the part off a car on the lot to get my Bolt back on the road. While the two dealerships were working out the details, another dealership released part. After 17 days of purchasing the vehicle issue was resolved. I have heard other owners with the same issue for months now and still haven't gotten their cars repaired. Thanks to the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy for offering to fix the issue if no part could be found.”

“The owners are friendly and they charge $77 for an oil change so reasonably priced. Only thing I don’t like so they don’t give you a printout at the end like most mechanics do that tells you what they did specifically with product and labor charges differentiated and if they checked brakes. I have come here twice and they were able to get me in fast both times, they do quality work I’ll keep going.”
“I’ve come here twice (for an oil change, brake pad/rotor replacement, and a bad window regulator) and interacted with Eddie (who also did the work on my car). My impression is overwhelmingly positive, and Eddie was extra accommodating waiting nearly half an hour past their closing time for me to pick up my car. “I’ve been to a lot of auto shops over the years, but this one truly stands out. The team here is incredibly transparent. Steve and Ryan will walk you through everything they’re doing and never make you feel pressured or confused. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the issues in a way that actually makes sense, whether you know cars or not.
They’re also extremely thorough and detail-oriented, checking things I wouldn’t even think to ask about and making sure my car is genuinely safe and running well before I leave. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just the quick way.

“This dealership and their employees are the reason that I was able to lease a new EV recently! With family obligations at home, a long work commute and long work days, and being out of town on days off, I had absolutely no time to sit in a dealership for hours. I was first contacted by Mason, and he worked incredibly hard over the span of a couple of weeks to get me the information I needed. Mason checked in almost daily to let me know how things were progressing or if he was likely too busy with in person customers to help that day. When it was time to stop by in person on my way to work as we were close to an agreement, it was Mason’s day off, but sales manager Jim, and Kat, in sales, were up to speed on where Mason and I were in the process. That led to a smooth transition and with their help over the course of two, hour long drop ins on my way to work, along with the help of Sales Manager Dan, and Kellen in finance, made the process as quick and effortless as possible. Buying or leasing a car can be a rough process, and while there was a little negotiating, there was never any pressure or deceptive tactics. Everyone I worked with was friendly, and their time and effort to work with my limited availability was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Thanks y’all for making it all work!”
