I feel so lucky to have found Jori and his team. He is straight forward, fair, and honest. We've taken all 4 of our vehicles to him for service over the years (2 Toyotas, a Subaru, and a Ford). “I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of. I have never felt hassled to spend more than was necessary; have always been given a clear understanding of the issues with my car and how they may be effecting the vehicle; and feel the staff are respectfully personal in their care. I genuinely look forward to going into the office when I come. I could not recommend them enough.”
“Came to Arne's for a second opinion cause my 2009 Suzuki was overheating. First mechanic claimed my radiator was cracked and quoted 3k for a fix. Brought the car to Arne's and they found that both motor fans were busted and absolutely nothing wrong with the radiator! New fans put in and no overheating since! Guy I spoke to was super helpful and got the repair done super quick! Husband and I found our mechanic shop for as long as we live in MLT!”

“We purchased a used Nissan Ariya and did not realize how dark the front driver and passenger windows had been tinted until our first drive at night. I contacted Accutint and Gregg (owner) gave me a quote to replace and we scheduled an appointment. We trusted Gregg's advice on what to do for a lighter replacement and it was a great choice and installed perfectly. Great service from Gregg and Accutint.”
“Our new go-to mechanic! We've got an old Hyundai Elantra that we knew needed a bunch of work, but we just wanted to get it running safely to be usable as a backup vehicle. After a full assessment here, we were told everything that needed to be fixed, and given options of a few things that could be fixed but weren't crucial. And the price was considerably less than we'd been bracing for. The work was done quickly, communication was great, and we couldn't be happier with the result!”

I asked them to diagnose and fix some brake system issues as well, and that was also done within 24hrs! Didn’t try to push any services or extras, gave me their honest assessment of what I needed to get my car back up and running and let me decide what to move forward with. “I wouldn't take my Volkswagen to any other mechanic in Seattle. Tam is the best, he has done multiple maintenance and repairs on my Jetta. He serviced the Timing belt, serviced the transmission, changed the spark plugs and ignition coil. All at the lowest prices I've found and always fast and reliable. I would definitely recommend Europa!”
“Bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV at Chuck Olson Chevy. After driving the car home about 65 miles away, there was an error and found out the car needed a transmission fluid pump and should not be driven. The Chevy EV concierge service had it towed to the closest certified Bolt repair center (Titus Will Chevy). Titus Will stated that the part was on backorder at the factory, and they had to wait for either the factory to produce the parts or checking stock at another dealership to see if they had the part and was willing to sell it to them. Titus Will could not give me a date and stated it might be 2 weeks or months before I would get the car back. I emailed the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy with a timeline of facts and asked what could be done. Greg authorized his shop to take the part off a car on the lot to get my Bolt back on the road. While the two dealerships were working out the details, another dealership released part. After 17 days of purchasing the vehicle issue was resolved. I have heard other owners with the same issue for months now and still haven't gotten their cars repaired. Thanks to the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy for offering to fix the issue if no part could be found.”
“The owners are friendly and they charge $77 for an oil change so reasonably priced. Only thing I don’t like so they don’t give you a printout at the end like most mechanics do that tells you what they did specifically with product and labor charges differentiated and if they checked brakes. I have come here twice and they were able to get me in fast both times, they do quality work I’ll keep going.”
“I’ve come here twice (for an oil change, brake pad/rotor replacement, and a bad window regulator) and interacted with Eddie (who also did the work on my car). My impression is overwhelmingly positive, and Eddie was extra accommodating waiting nearly half an hour past their closing time for me to pick up my car. Will be happily coming back here for most service work.”
“I never write reviews. We just bought a vehicle from Brotherton NW. We worked with Nate, the Sales Manager, and Owen, the sales representative. They worked very hard to answer all of my questions and concerns. I never felt pushed or manipulated. They were very helpful. I would recommend them to best friends or family without any concerns. “This guy is a total legend. Zack and his crew helped me out in a pinch. Gave me a free estimate and got to work IMMEDIATELY on my car, a 3 hour long grueling job he didn’t expect to put his team on. Decent deal including labor. It’s like this guy just runs off making sacrifices for others. Friendly, making deals, hard transparent work.
