I hope they do something to make this process more streamline. No one at the store can help me update my package or confirm signature without being home but you only deliver during business hours when others are at work!? 🤯 😠Website won't let me do anything! Tried on phone and computer. Says I have the wrong confirmation code that was emailed to me by you. Been trying to get this business phone for weeks! Gave me a 1800 number. Call it finally get to a person and he says let me transfer you to the tracking department, 30 minutes wait! Couldn't that guy just type my number in and track itðŸ˜

Daniel (UPS) employee, helped a lady in front of me and without sharing the details, has to be the best UPS employee I’ve ever witness across the US and Canada. His customer assistance makes me drive out of my way to come to this location!

Over 2 dollars for a single black and white print out 🤯! They have a self service station but they make the employees help you out so they can over charge you. It’s cheaper to go to Costco than it would be to rely on these guys…. It was the same quality paper that I would have gotten if I did it myself, waiting on the staff and in line is not convenient, and there was no added value by having me overpay for a piece of paper.

Daniel helped me quickly and efficiently and kindly with a difficult return I had the other day. Each item had to be scanned for a Lands End return, he was very gracious and helpful when I had issues with my paperwork.

Probably one of the worst delivery companies, please message sure not to do express shipping or overnight shipping if you find out UPS is the delivery company, not only will they delay your package so you spending the extra amount doesn't matter, or when you call thru give you the runarounds give you numbers of warehouse that don't exist. This company system runs on Windows 7 they update once a day and even when they update it's not even accurate. I have a tracking package telling me it's at the facility and I'm waiting days for it, call customer service and he tells me it's not at the facility, but the update tells me otherwise, I wish they had a option for videos and screenshots so I can show evidence on why you should never use UPS as a delivery company, I feel like other companies use them cause they probably dirt cheap and they're expectation isn't a high standard this is why even tho you been hear longer than Amazon they got you guys beat cause y'all delivery company is slow and most people that work they're are not good for business.

The easiest experience always! We drop packages, ship all kinds of goods and they are the most friendly staff. I’m genuinely shocked the reviews have been low in the past. We’ve lived here five years and never had a poor experience! Thanks UPS

This post is a shout out to Daniel for his stellar customer service! I had two packages to send and he was able to give me the best price options fr packaging and shipping. I then later had to cancel my order due to a mishap on my part and he graciously cancelled the order with no issues. He was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He made the experience stress free and easy. I really appreciated his time— thank you Daniel!!!

They’re so helpful every time and nice. Today I saw a customer over the moon from an employee who helped them so much. Then I had so much help myself that it was amazing. Like boutique service. I’m so grateful for their help and team.
