He was very helpful assisting me with trying to return my stuff to Amazon because I didn't know how to get to the return label in my Gmail.
They are busy as all other UPS stores do. However, the customer service attitude here is horrible. Those ladies here really need some extra training to improve their ways to serve and deal with customers in a better manner.
Daylight robbery. $2 to print a ups label....unless you've got everything done beforehand and are literally dropping off, don't come here. Business practices are not good...
