“It was a great shopping experience. I first went to take a look at the dodge nitro and met Chase. The salesperson was off hands and no pressure which was nice. Not wanting to make a quick decision, I decided to leave with intention to spend more time on the lot. My second visit I met Dante. He was also very off hands and no pressure.

The customer service is top notch, definitely worth 5 Stars.

I will say the only thing that stopped me from purchasing either car was that each car was unsatisfactory when test driving. The cars are beautiful but the two I drove, one had a sensor issue with the doors and the other started to vibrate when at highway speeds. In each circumstance, both Dante and Chase offered to rectify the issue of which I believed them. In the end, I just didn’t feel comfortable purchasing something that had issues out the gate.

I will be back in the market for another car for my mother and will likely will be taking another visit. Hopefully. Thirds time a charm.”

“Sorry to hear such bad reviews. I can not believe were talking about the same Car Lot. I came in looking like i was homeless. I was treated very respectful. Both Tami and Vivian i found to be very Patient and easy to work with on getting my loan approved. As i haven't had a good credit score .With them i was able to secure a loan for the vehicle. I was able to happily drive off in my new ride. Which by the way this whole process took about two days. i would highly recommend "Seattle Motorsports" Both Vivian and Tami are real down to earth people. i would recommend a friend Or anyone trying to purchase a vehicle.
