“Ron and the dealership know what they're doing. Shopped around for a suitable car for my teenage daughter. They had a reasonable price for a reliable car, cleaned it up nicely, and focused on the important things. I didn't see any of the same issues I saw with other dealers I tried: trying to pass off cars with cigarette holes and the cigarette smoke with air fresheners, bald tires, hard to spot but small issues like windows that don't roll down properly if you press the button a certain way, worn transmission. This was a reliable car with a solid engine, nearly new tires and mechanical parts that worked. It did have a cracked windshield but they had that fixed at cost from a shop down the road ($275). It's only been a month, so I'll update if anything changes, but we're very happy to find a solid dealership and safe reliable car for my daughter at a reasonable price.”
“I was 3000 miles from home and my older vehicle needed costly repairs. I felt the money would be better spent instead on a newer vehicle. I found one that suited my needs posted by SMAS on Facebook Marketplace. Upon inquiry, Tony replied promptly and I made plans to take a look. We remained in communication until I arrived. SMAS was several hours from where my car broke down, but I was fortunate enough to know people that let me borrow their car to drive to Lynnwood. George, who is very personable and has a long career in car sales, accompanied me on the test drive. He did not object to my driving locally as well as on the interstate. As the vehicle checked all the boxes for what I wanted and needed, I proceeded with the purchase. The vehicle was very fairly priced. Tony is quite forthcoming. He answered all my questions and made it as easy as possible for me. At no time did I feel that he was taking advantage of my situation. In fact, he made me feel at ease. As I am not a Washington resident, he explained the paperwork and what I needed to do for the drive home to the east coast. Unfortunately, none of the very few people I knew could accompany me back to pick up the car. Tony and George very graciously took the time on a Sunday to deliver it to where I was staying. I am grateful that Tony made an unnerving situation so manageable. I highly recommend Select Motor Auto Sales.”
