Walgreens offers a range of services including prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The store at 145 and Aurora was found to be disorganized and lacked helpful staff, leading to a frustrating experience. In contrast, the Walgreens at 175 and Aurora provided immediate assistance and well-trained staff, especially the manager, who managed to process a FedEx QR code shipment efficiently after some initial confusion. The staff at the photo center are friendly, helpful, and quick, with a recent visit highlighting a welcoming and attentive shift lead who took good care of a customer’s photo needs. The store itself is clean, quiet, and well-organized, with ample parking. Although the checkout process can sometimes be awkward—such as when paying for free photos—staff generally maintain a friendly attitude. Customers also appreciate the store’s ability to confirm product availability quickly and provide excellent service at checkout, often leaving satisfied and with a smile. Overall, Walgreens is a convenient place for prescription needs, photo services, and shopping, with some locations offering better assistance and organization than others.
Lost prescription information on my asthma medication. They said, no problem we have the information, we can refill it for you. Called today, a week later, re status and they tell me they said "Can't help you. Call your provider!" In the meantime, I am out of my asthma medication! Hardly helpful!

While I was looking for lint removal wheels I had the pleasure of a Walgreens worker lady. She was about 55 years old and very helpful and funny. I thanked her for her hilarious 😂 assistance, Amen 😇👍
