The pharmacy seriously needs help. I have had prescriptions dispense as written and they attempt to give me other medication, they give partially filled prescriptions (missing pills) that I don't discover until I get home and there is no explanation. They say they order medications and that it will arrive in 2 days and never arrives. I have two medications I had to stop taking for three weeks because they kept saying it was ordered. My doctors have had to re-call in prescriptions because of their errors so many times that I had to change pharmacies. It's close, but not worth the frustration I was going through every month, check everything before you leave. I couldn't even get my prescriptions transferred because they don't answer the phone.

They were short staffed so there was no one available to take my passport photos. Another case of corporate short staffing to save money and doesn't account for people being sick.

The Walgreens at 145 and Aurora wouldn't ,was looking for something simple and no help for 20 minutes, went to the Walgreens at 175 and Aurora, got help immediately, the manager has this store together

Came here to pick up prescriptions. They said they were mot ready and to come back I'm an hour. Came back 1.5 hrs later, still not ready. They said come back in 30 mins. Came back an hour later and picked up what I thought was my prescriptions. It was not my prescription.

Unorganized and seemingly understaffed. They make fake calls so you can never reach them by phone, and instead just sit on hold for hours. In person they just rush through everything and act annoyed the whole time.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Held my daughter's scrip 2 days, said they were reviewing it. I called them the 3rd day, was told the med would be in that afternoon. Got a text stating there was an insurance issue and it was delayed. Next day I called, on hold over an hour-- drove there and they were closed (were noted as open on the phone). Called next day and they said med had been back ordered for months, argued with me when I told them I got it there the past 2 months, and had no answer for why I was told it was going to be in. I had initially had the script sent to a different pharmacy and they blamed the bulk of the problem on that, despite the fact that the doctor pulled that script and sent it to theirs and my chart shows the script is at their pharmacy. They also could not explain why they had held the prescription under the pharmacist reviewing prescription for days. Now it is a holiday weekend and the end of the year so my daughter will not get her prescription for several more days and it will cost more as we will be in a new insurance cycle. If you have a choice to go anywhere else I would recommend it.

Sincerely rancid customer service. Every time I used to go there for my medications, the staff gave me extremely poor service without fail like it was the Walgreens standard to be annoying! Do not go here for pharmaceutical needs!!

Called to ask why this Walgreens location (#9373) is marked as "Temporarily Closed", and how long it's likely to be the case. Got about the experience you'd expect. I got transferred to "Customer Care" for Walgreens, after being told multiple times they're closed for "an emergency"; got put in touch with "Mandy" of 1-800-WALGREENS customer care (I presume), and while it seemed like she tried a buncha stuff... she couldn't find any further information, not even how long they HAD been closed.

Most unwillingness staff I've ever seen. Basically clocking time to do absolutely nothing there. Not helping customers is their goal. I'd avoid this one at all cost.

Don’t book a pediatric Covid vaccine here. They don’t do them, despite Walgreens online scheduling them, and when you show up they will just be rude about it to you.

Overpriced , no atm available, and the restrooms are randomly closed. I put my purchases back and went to another store cause I really had to pee. Walgreens is really going downhill.

Credit where it's due: they were able to process a qr code shipment for FedEx (you bring in a mobile qr code which allows them to print the label for you). Their neighboring Walgreens location just south was much worse.DetailsEmployee at the cash wrap wasn't knowledgeable and yet spike confidently that it wasn't possible to process FedEx qr shipments. Yet the "manager" at the photo desk was familiar with the process and after 5 mins of asking for help and finding the correct labels for their printer was able to process the shipment.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Extremely rude staff and very dismissive and unprofessional. I just transferred all my meds here bc Fred Meyer pharmacy doesn’t take my new health insurance and they took a long time to get all of my meds filled in the first place, THEN I had an urgent refill today, they received the prescription and I called and they said they had received it. Asked when I could pick it up, they said an hour. Went two hours later- I have been feeling quite sick today without it, finally went over to the drive thru only to have to wait 30 minutes (I was the second car), I asked for my medicine, she listed off a bunch of my other medications that I did not ask for, I repeated that I needed only that one and she said it wasn’t ready yet. I let her know that I was told two hours ago that it would be ready in an hour. She rolled her eyes at me, didn’t say anything, walked away came back 10 minutes later with my medication and asked if she should charge the card on file- I definitely did not authorize them to keep my card on file, but I just took my medication and went home because I don’t feel good. I think they don’t understand that they are actively impacting people’s health with their flagrantly rude, uncaring behavior and attitudes. I don’t care that they take my insurance. I am transferring my meds literally anywhere else.
