“Les Schwab has been my go-to place for tire repair for 20 years. The rule in our house is if you get a flat, take it to Les Schwab. I just showed up again this week with a flat. They repaired it quickly and did it all completely for free. They've never pushed me to buy tires that I didn't need, and have always treated me fairly. So when it comes to buy tires, I also always buy from them, even if I could save a few bucks somewhere else. The staff communicate well and take their job seriously. It's a Ballard institution. Highly recommend.”

“After shopping for a LONG TIME to find the right All Season Tires for my SUV (which has some unique Performance characteristics) I was finally able to fine a Tire / Wheel combo that looked like it would work. It's a bit of a Process doing the Online Order but I got it all in and THEN you can book the Install. Sadly they showed the soonest time as being some weeks out, but I called Discount Tire the next morning and the said "No problem. We'll have your Parts on Monday. How about Tuesday Morning"?Drove up there 9am Tuesday. They checked me in. I walked down to the Breakfast restaurant on the next block and before I was done with my Veggie Omelet their nice little Text app said "Your All Set"!Nice touch... as I was getting in the Car one of the young Employees came up and said some nice things about my Car. Then said "Be sure to come back in 100 miles so we can torque the bolts and make sure everything is looking good". Thank you. I think I'll do that!Was also surprised to see how nice the Tires / Wheels look. My vehicle came STOCK with custom 21" Rims and Low Profile Tires, which look pretty cool. I thought it would look DORKY to go to the 20" Rims / All Season Tires, but it's really not that bad.Great experience at Discount Tire. I'll go back.”

“My grandson's Altima needed to be realigned w/o an appointment. The previous alignment warranty had expired five days earlier. The girl at the front desk said "let me check with the manager". Two minutes later, she and the manager came out and said "no charge". They fit it in and 20 min. later I was on my way! GREAT SERVICE AND PEOPLE!!!!!”

“The customers service was remarkable, especially compared to other tire stores (especially Costco, where I had a bad experience). It was easy to book an appointment, and I was surprised how quick the installation occurred (30 mins compared to the 2 hours at Costco). As I saw there waiting, I saw how the representatives were all attentive and seemed to genuinely care about each customers' concern, and were patient and yet efficient despite how busy it was. The tires themselves were a great deal, lowest price I could find (same as Costco but without the cost of membership). As you can see by now, would definitely recommend you come here as opposed to Costo.”
