“I came in early Friday because a tire on my car was losing air. They called me a few hours later to let me know the previous tire shop had done a horrible job patching my tire but they got it all fixed up and ready to go. Tech even assured me I had plenty of tread left when I asked about maybe needing new tires. Zero pressure to buy something new. Which was refreshing. Them when I went to pay the counter guy said it was on the house. I was blown away. Such a simple gesture and now you have a customer for life. “I stopped into the West Seattle Les Schwab today after a tire pressure warning light came on shortly after having my tires filled elsewhere. Joey was incredibly helpful and discovered that all four tires had been significantly overinflated. He showed me the readings, corrected the pressure, and took the time to answer my questions and make sure my tires were safe.

“Took a trip to Seattle from Bend, Oregon and discovered that one of my tired was low on pressure. Filled it up with some air but after arriving in Seattle the tire lost pressure again. Took the car into Les Schwab and within 30 minutes they diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak at absolutely no charge. They are a model business when it comes to customer service, speed and efficiency.”

Discount Tire was much more affordable than Pep Boys. Even with price shopping Walmart, Costco, and local shops. Discount Tire got us OTD with the best deal and we needed four new tires. Grateful!”

“I had an oil change somewhere else which at the end of my service they made me sound like I'm this great wacko who had been driving with four ancient Flinstones' car tires. So afterwards, while passing by Discount Tire, I walked in to consult about my tread depth. I was assured that my tires were all still good and had a lot of lives left but one of them would need to be replaced in about 6-months or 2 years depending on how often/far I drive. The guy at the counter explained nicely to me the best way to get an appointment is to order the tire online, location-based, then make the appropriate appointment. Your appointment should be within 10 days after the purchase date. And he advised calling the store if I have a difficulty getting an appointment within that timeframe so they can help with earlier appointment. On their website, I found a quality All-Weather tire that I wanted at a great price. Wasn't too crazy about all the fees but that's to be expected everywhere else anyway. I arrived for my appointment, waited for my turn at the check-in counter, they took my keys and said that it should be ready in 30-minutes, 45-minutes max. You can check your progress anytime. When the installation was done (earlier than expected), I got a notification text. They gave me my key back and refused any tip. I was literally in and out. Easy peasy, pain-free. This pleasant experience echoed my previous experience with Discount Tire when I got a nail in my tire a little while ago. They patched it for free and I was on my merry way. You'll see a lot of customers looking bewildered and in disbelief when receiving their fantastic service and with no bill due. I mean honestly, in this day and age, it's borderline making us customers feel guilty like we're taking advantage of a good and honest business lol. The staff are always friendly, warm and all-around wholesome. I definitely would continue coming back here for my tire needs.”

“Have been nothing short of utmost professional. I have nothing but appreciation for all the employees there including Carlos and Francisco, among others. My girlfriend was in a wreck and called this location to see about getting an estimate. They said they would for zero cost and that's exactly what they did plus many more, smaller details I won't write out here. It's such a breath of fresh air in this day and age to come across a business that is across the board, friendly, professional, understanding, and at the end of the day they did all this for $0 because it turned out the repair was more than the car was worth :(
