Went to get a repair on my exhaust and never expected to only be charged since a minimum amount , had they charged me 3x what they did I would have not thought anything of it. “I’ve been going to Harlow Auto Body for a few years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and their prices are always fair. I’ve had everything from repairs to a pre-tow inspection done there, and I’ve always felt like I was in good hands.
It’s also a bonus getting to see the owner’s cat hanging around the shop. Definitely one of the more entertaining parts of every visit!

“Wendy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I drive for an hour to get to Bremerton and I had to wait at the dealership for 2 over hours for the recall item to be resolved. The free coffee was nice, and there was plenty of available seating. BUT, there were two radio stations playing at the same time, different songs, Lord, help other neuro-divergent folks! PLUS someone was bouncing a basketball the entire time. It was cold and windy outside, so waiting indoors was pretty much my only option. The noises drove me nuts. One station from now on, please, guys! And maybe a quieter sport like pingpong or, better yet, a video game maybe?”
