“I picked this spot because of the 5-star review, and the crew showed me exactly how well deserved it is. A big thank you to Alex, who took a minute to puzzle out a problem with a simple battery change. Definitely would visit again.”
“Shout out to Stephanie at PO OReillys! She couldn’t have been more helpful when I had to come in for a new battery. Wasn’t even sure if that was going to solve the problem but she was able to give me plenty of ideas in case it wasn’t. She even printed out info for me to have if I needed to look for other solutions. I can’t thank her enough…. and it was the battery!”
“Had to replace a u joint in my truck. When I first went there got the wrong one. Had to go back the Manager on duty. I Think his name was Shawn? Around 1 pm on the 5th of May. Took his time and helped me find the correct part. An ordeal that took 20 minutes. He searched through books and on his computer and ended up finding a part that fit. Very great full as I am now able to drive my truck again. Never had a bad experience at this store the rest of the staff are all very nice.”
“My battery was dying and Tanner was extremely helpful and didn't make me got through a run around. A simple test and he installed it and all! A smooth and easy process.”
