Staff ensure a smooth transition for first-timers and provide plenty of attention, play time, and exercise. Dogs love it there and get very excited to go, often pulling their owners inside. They always come back happy and tired. Owners feel very comfortable leaving their pups, noting it is a home away from home. The app is great for booking and confirmations are prompt. Communication is great, and the office is diligent about ensuring vaccine records are current for safety. There are cameras to check in on pups. Customers have used daycare, boarding, and grooming services and give their highest recommendation, rating it 10/10. The prices are very reasonable. It is a place where memories are made and where both dogs and their owners are grateful for such great care.
My dog Birkin, she’s a miniature labradoodle, was groomed the other day and they did a great job. They were very careful of Birkins’s legs because she had hurt them. I’m so happy I came back. Thanks guys.
