The customer service is amazing our dog comes home happy and tired everytime. We love boarding our puppy for shortish stays like no more than a week. I like that they have cameras in the play areas so that we can check on our doggo.

Moving to a new state is hard. I received so many recommendations from my co workers about this facility and I was so excited about bringing my fur baby here. I honestly thought my baby was just having some trouble adjusting but I slowly learned that was not the case. My baby was constantly belting isolated from other dogs even after the fact my baby was hurt by another dog. I took my concerns to the staff but it fell on deaf ears.My baby was not the only one getting mistreated there. I am greeted differently and spoken to differently. So I found it best to take my business elsewhere.I will not allow my baby to get mistreated nor will I stand for it to continuously happen simply because I felt as thought I was being judge.

Camp Bow Wow is top-notch and the only place I leave my pups for overnight stays. They treat them with so much care, love on them and are always so excited to see them. We have only had very great experiences with Camp Bow wow.

We used Camp Bow Wow when we lived on the east coast and loved both their boarding and daycare services. My husband and I are going on vacation in June and need a place to board our pups. Even though Camp Bow Wow is an hour away from us, we are willing to make the drive because all other boarding places we looked into were over $600 for a 7 night stay and they would mainly be kept in a kennel all day which we did not like. We love how our pups will be out with daycare during the day playing and interacting with other dogs. Plus, we will be able to see them/check-in through their cameras while we are away. As mentioned, we are willing to make that drive to ensure our pups have a good stay at a boarding place while we are gone. Just wish there was one closer in the seattle area.

Our dog is always well taken care of. Staff are pleasant and organized. We can tell our dog likes to spend time there. He got a bath at the end of stay this time, which was a great feature.

Sirius LOVES his pack at Camp Bow Wow! The staff are so kind and wonderful with him for both daycare and boarding, the grooming services are fantastic, and pricing is very reasonable. As an anxious dog mom, I deeply appreciate the staff's communication and the care they take to ensure all doggos are a good fit for camp and the camera feed so I can check in every once in a while. Sirius has been going to camp since he was a little puppy in the small dog yard, and whenever we ask him if he wants to go to camp, the lab zoomie energy is off the charts. He comes home exhausted but happy, the best puppy combo! Thank you Camp Bow Wow!

What can you say about Camp Bow Wow? It’s the best. Take your dog there. I’ve been taking my GSD for over a year three times a week. This place never disappoints.

*Response to the owner*I’m very much aware of the policy. I’ve read it and signed it for a reason. I’m okay with my dog being dismissed. The issue in this incident was that we failed my dog. Instead of removing the dog that was causing issues, you removed the dog that was setting boundaries. Now if you say there are more parts of the clip well I’m only going off based what was only shown to me but I know my dog and I know what provokes them. My dog would never intentionally “bite” someone unless they were given a reason to or handled properly. It would be nice if we take responsibility for the error in judgment.———————————————I hate to write this review but after multiple conversations and a lot of thought I put into this, I feel it’s only right. This review is to make awareness of the situation my dog was put into and hopes that this place train their employee to better handle a situation to keep both parties safe. At the end of the day this business is responsible for keeping their own employees and our pets safe. This business is responsible for educating employees on how to properly break up dog fights or avoid instigating them.My dog was dismissed from cbw due to bitting an employee. I couldn’t believe it. My dog has never bitten anyone and is usually very submissive towards other dogs. I’d also like to note that this is not the first day care my dog has been to. He was at a previous day care where he stayed for a week without issues. We don’t go there anymore because we moved. Now, I couldn’t help but be skeptical of people who say they were bit by a dog that doesn't have a history of biting . Things don't usually happen out of nowhere. So ask "what did you do to provoke the dog?".I hate to say it, but most people who work with animals, have no business working with them, either because they can't read body language, push the animal's buttons (Inadvertently or otherwise), or they don't know how to diffuse a situation that involves more than one animal. So after being in my head all day after the incident. I called CBW if I could see the clip of the incident.. and this is what I saw..There was a dog mounting my dog.. and the whole time that was happening the employee had his back turned and was not aware of what was happening. When the employee finally turned around, that’s when my dog was trying to tell the other dog to back off. Then the employee jumped into conclusion and attempted to grab my dog from behind by the collar until he’s standing on 2 legs because he assumed my dog was being aggressive. Now imagine.. My dog was already being bullied by a dog and then comes a human. He felt threatened and probably felt ganged up on and acted out out of self defense.I spoke to the manager after seeing that video to go over what happened because I wanted to tell her how I felt about it but the whole time she talked over me, dismissed me a lot, and didn’t give me the chance to speak. I just wanted to get it off my chest but that conversation left me feeling so defeated and unheard. The manager explained to me that the employee can’t keep his eyes on all dogs.. so ask yourself again, why is there only one employee watching a bunch of dogs? Why didn’t the employee use a slip lead to remove him, why didn’t he create space before stepping in?. It was a fully failed attempt to diffuse, and my dog got the bad end of it all and was punished unfairly.I’m glad I watched the clip before judging my dog, and you can bet I pat him on the back and was proud of him for standing up for himself because I would’ve done the same.A non aggressive dog bitting in self defense if grabbed by the collar too hard. I couldn’t blame him.Moving forward, I just hope no one will have to go through what my dog and I went through, and I only wish that they hire or train their employees properly to avoid another situation like this. I feel bad for the employee who got bit, but could’ve that be avoided? Absolutely, with proper training.

I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! Prices are reasonable, the staff is kind and friendly and was good to my dog. They offer a free interview process to make sure it's a right fit for everyone. And, you can watch your pup on the video in the app.

No playground space and over crowded. Unfortunately, my dog was attacked and injured. Customer service and professional skills were lacking as they showed no remorse and failed to explain any details of the incident. Would highly recommend taking your dog elsewhere.
