I wish everyone in health care could be like her. She has wonderful bedside manners and her compassion shines through every visit.

I also want to recognize the amazing ladies at the front desk. They are always welcoming, helpful and make every appointment and referral a smooth experience. The whole team is absolutely outstanding! Although I have relocated to NC they will be missed.”

Dr. C-dizzle is not like that at all. He listens and is warm and friendly. I will be going to him until he retires from my nonsense in about 70 years.

“This is for the Clare location, not sure why it says Wheaton. There were a lot of new faces at the front and they made the atmosphere very cheerful and comfortable. They were kind, to each other and to everyone who came in. They seemed to care about doing a good job.”

“I love everyone at this location.
They are always compassionate and never make me feel like I'm going to the doctor for silly reasons.
I ask a lot of questions I don't expect answers to, and I always hear something helpful explained in ways I can understand. Many interactions I've had are great, Geeta, Bonnie and every single person I've interacted with at the pharmacy and front desk.
When my appointment is over I leave feeling positive and truly cared for.
I've only ever had 1 appointment canceled, but they are quick to message, and email you to let you know and call to get you rescheduled.
You get a text notification to fill out the pre-registration and questionnaire before your appointment, so all you have to do is show up and checkin with the front desk.
Because of this the wait is almost never more than 10 minutes MAX
Picking up medication is usually fast if you make sure to call beforehand to get it filled, a days notice makes everyones day easier.
Plenty of seating, lots of parking, and disability accessible.
PCHS is incredible, this locations employees are amazing, the only thing I wished that's different is for it to be open on the weekend.”

Michelle at the front desk was so plesant and welcoming to me. The medical assistant was also very friendly and nice to interact with, apologies for spacing on her name. But let me tell you - Dr. Marriott, is a gem! I was listened to and wasn't rushed during my visit...I felt both seen and heard. Such a huge relief! “Dr. Frandsen, Carla Walter, and their team are the best in the county hands down. They go above and beyond for their patients. This team really listens to you and will find a way to make sure you are taken care of. We have never had any problems whatsoever in the last 4 years that we have been going to see them. And they will even fit you in if you need to be seen right away because you are very sick. They treat our family with respect and truly offer a high quality standard of care. This team also has a very diverse range of skill sets which makes them very knowledgeable in a lot of areas.Even with the progression of COVID-19, the telehealth appointments also reflect their high quality of care. Even when my daughter had a horrendous cough/cold, they were able to give me the right guidence on how to take care of her and make her feel more comfortable. They also offered support in case she got worse and what steps to take.
