The employees here are sociable and considerate, even over the phone. Robert especially has been recently helpful to my family when we forgot something. Ainsley is also fantastic! :)

The staff is always friendly and helpful! Even if I ask a stupid question- they just turn it into a joke as not to embarrass you. Plus you can wander over afterwards and get yourself a doughnut! Yahtzee Bonus!!!

Worst service ever. Was there for 15 to send a return and $5 for additional packing. Rude staff. Use UPS, faster and cheaper.
