“I want to give a huge thank you to Brie at the Silverdale store for going above and beyond in helping me with my travel CPap machine. I ordered it online and was concerned that I hadn’t received it within the provided time frame. She tracked it down and discovered that it had been sent to my old address, even though my online order had the correct one. She was able to get it overnighted to me, since I was leaving on a trip in 2 days, by expounding a lot of time and effort. It’s great to see such exceptional customer service in these times.
