Low level of knowledge on products, bad return policy. I was told I could return a magazine if it did not work and they said the packaging was too damaged even though it had only one way of opening.

This is a large store but understocked on fishing items. Some of the best lures are not available. Getting help from store emotes was hard and none had answers.

I love the selection in Sportsmans warehouse. One thing that they could do for shoppers, would be to display the special deals better in the store. I get weekly emails advertising the special discounted items, and even the staff has a hard time finding those items.
