Things like what to do if you get stuck in the compound after hours, personal entry codes, parking, and ensuring the door latch is fully inserted before locking your storage unit. Very impressive. I highly recommend Pacific Storage, especially those stationed at Bangor or Keyport. Wonderful place and staff.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE! I needed to rent an automotive trailer to tow a non-running car. I could not have asked for a better experience. The lady was super helpful in answering all my questions and reserving the trailer for me. It only cost $54 (before taxes), for a 24 hr period, super affordable. The gentleman was just as helpful. He inspected my truck and my hitch receiver. I had an adjustable hitch i bought used, and he cut off the old lock for free. They also ended up lending me a hitch, which was also free. If i ever need another uhaul, I will definitely return to this location.”

“Friendly, helpful staff directed me where to park my vehicle and efficiently went through the paperwork and instructions. Cold, frosty morning and the rear roll up door was stuck. Staff helped me find a lever (shovel) and that did the trick and I was on my way. 11 hours and 400 miles later I returned after hours and discovered on my bill that they waived the after hours fee, which I appreciated. Great place to rent a truck convenient Poulsbo location. Highly recommended!”

“Please see update too:Iarrive at the Bremerton U Haul. I get out of my van and grab my empty propane tank.I look for someone to help, and see 2 employees simply sitting on the curb.I asked, "Are you open?" "Yes we are." As they just sat there visiting. "I need propane?" "Yes," as they sit visiting. I walk into the building. No one is there. I step back out while the employees slowly rise from the curb and walk over to the propane pump. They look confusedly at my tank, " I can't find the date?" Oh Good God! Wow! LOL!Update, got my tanks fill again and new employees and much better service this time.Also I just installed a new hitch and wiring and asked if they could double check my harness for me. They did and now we ready to rent a trailer.Way, way better service.”

“Coming from public storage I must say it's wonderful. Pros- very clean/ free carts to move items from vehicle to unit/ air conditioned units/ employees are very friendly and helpful/ Cons- I was bummed that while trying to move and there being a heat wave I was told there was a no loitering policy and that I can't be there unless I'm loading or unloading. So I figured ok they said it nicely maybe it's just small talk. Next day had loaded 99% of my things in storage but trying to find an item in a 10x10 was taking time. I was in the back of my unit and I hear someone calling out for me saying that I have to be loading or unloading and can't hang out. They were nice about it but now it's like I'm nicely being warned that I'm breaking the rules. Take from it what you will but moving my house. Just me. Took a lot of time and I made them feel like I was moving into the unit to live. I laugh now but in the moment it really sucked. Moving sucks. I only wish they had more understanding. Now when I go. I drive my Bentley and wear a suit so they know I'm just stopping by :) This place is a good place though. I would recommend.”
