“The Native American woman here (maybe her name is Sally or last name is Sally?) was awesome. She was so on it. The male worker there refused to getup and help her when she had a bit of a rush of people come in for uhauls. She stayed calm and was nice and helpful. She knew her stuff.
You guys don’t deserve her, she could be doing customer service for a bigger company that would provide her with more benefits. She’s worth it. I hope that she receives a raise at the least. You guys don’t want to lose her. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.”
