“I absolutely loved my experience at Furniture World NW in Snohomish! Earlier this year I went in shopping for a bedroom set and was so impressed by how relaxed and pressure-free the whole process was. There was zero pushy sales tactics. I recently went back to make my purchase and it was the same story — friendly, helpful staff with no pressure at all. I found the most beautiful bedroom set that was also super budget-friendly. I put down a deposit, we agreed on a delivery date, and the store called a day or two ahead to confirm everything. The delivery crew even called right when they were on their way, just like they promised.
When Anthony and his helper arrived, they were incredibly polite, professional, respectful, and very careful with my home. They set everything up perfectly and I absolutely love how the bedroom looks now!
Furniture World NW has earned my future business and I’ve already recommended them to friends. Thank you so much for such a great experience!”

“Stopped in to test a few beds out and get an idea for our budget. We encountered an incredible deal that we‘d be literal fools if we passed. We did not pass. Been about four days so far with the new mattress, and at the moment we could not be happier. Darius promised us that he’d make sure we left the store having bought a bed we love, and he really came through for us. Thanks again, Darius!”
“We had purchased a new bed & bedding and had an issue with delivery of some of the bedding. Joshua and William were great to deal with and offered a satisfactory solution. I feel that they care about their clients/customers and would recommend them to others”
“We had a great experience at Mattress City thanks to Trinity. We were looking for a brick-style mattress, and Mattress City was the only store in Washington that carried what we needed. Trinity was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the differences between the ultra-hard and brick-hard mattress options without any sales pressure.
After we placed our order, she promptly followed up and coordinated the delivery at a time that worked for us. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend Mattress City, and be sure to ask for Trinity!”
“Love, love, loved our salesman Greg, extremely informative and kind.....
Two hours went back for another mattress set-up.... Greg is just so helpful he well deserved our additional business! Thanks again Greg😊”
“Phil was great! He helped me get the perfect mattress to fit my needs. I needed the cheapest mattress for my RV and he understood the assignment. He was not pushy and did not try to oversell. I will definitely come back here when it comes time to upgrade to the new Helix mattress!”
“The process was easy breezy. Amanda Hertz is an amazing designer who will help you put together each room with just the right fit, colors and quality. I highly recommend Amanda Hertz @ Erickson Furniture for all your new furniture needs!”
“A friend of ours recommended Slumber Ease mattress to custom build one for our boat as he did for his. It was a ninety plus mile drive from where we live to the showroom, but it was well worth the drive. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we tried out all the mattresses in the showroom. It took a couple of weeks, but we now have a beautiful new custom-built mattress. That was reasonably priced for what we wanted. Thank you Nick, you're awesome.”
“Excellent product, good price, owner Anjum is impressive in her breadth and depth of knowledge. After purchasing the first mattress, finding it suitable, we returned to buy two more.”
“We bought a mattress here a few weeks ago. They were very informative and helped us pick what we needed. The turn around time was quick and the delivery crew was great. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the mattress we picked. Even though it was not their fault, they helped us correct it so quickly. We are loving our new mattress now!”
“Love our new couch! Shopped a long day and modern home furniture had the best product in the right price range. Our salesman Chris helped us find an affordable and durable couch for our family and we are loving it. Seriously, first thing my son does is front flip onto the ottoman. Thank you Chris!”
“We shopped around and this place had the best quality for the money. Their warranties are amazing too. Selection was pretty good. Lots of furniture to choose from.”

“Ill start by saying I only write maybe 1 review every couple years......Clay was very knowledgeable and helpful. We came in already knowing what we wanted but we still got alot of helpful information. As he said the mattress is hard as a rock right now so hopefully it breaks in as promised like the floor model. He also went above and beyond to assure we could get promt delivery and use the 300.00 gift towards the accessories we wanted although they were over the 300.00.
Thanks
Clay”
