“Joslin made a beautiful box cushion out of foam and material I supplied. The cushion looked very professional and was completed in under a week. I had previously taken it to an upholsterer closer to home and was very disappointed with the result. Joslin was a bit more expensive but well worth every penny. The edges are nicely finished, the surface is smooth, the foam is wrapped with a sort of batting (I forget the technical name) to make the edges more natural, and it looks like a cushion from a fine furniture shop.”

I put down a deposit, we agreed on a delivery date, and the store called a day or two ahead to confirm everything.
