Luckily, the store we ended up going to was The Sleep Store. They provided top-notch customer service: Lillian really cares about her customers and did everything in her power to make sure we got the perfect setup for us. She provided tons of advice on how to select the right mattresses, and on tweaks and adjustments to optimize the setup. We called her countless times to ask her questions, and she was always so patient and helpful. She even gave us advice on how to properly pack our new mattresses for a cross-country move in order to prevent them from being damaged (the move went great).
