“What I like about this place is that they support a local senior center. I come here first before going to the bigger well-known thrift shops. It is hit or miss when looking for treasures, so you must come by often as it is a small store. I like shopping for kitchenware mostly and table covers. Parking is a bit tricky. You need to be careful when entering the parking lot. Watch for the daily specials marked by colored stickers. Staff is okay, not overly friendly but at least they are not in your face. The place is tidy but sometimes a bit cluttered.”

“This was my first visit; it won't be my last. Here's why: Cleanliness was a 5. as was organization and quality of the goods. Prices were very good. They've got dressing room - big plus. Its only downside is that it's a smaller place so you're not going to have the variety you'll find at larger thrift stores.
That said, the warm and friendly way I was treated would have me going back anyway. I'm a sucker for good customer service but truth is, I almost didn't feel like a customer. It felt like I was visiting with some friends.”

“Not well organized. General area searching will be needed if you are looking for specific items. Customers often toss things out of order. The clothing doesn't have the offensive odor like most second-hand shops. The staff are cheerful and helpful if asked.”

“Awesome place that helps homeless and low income people with resources. Basically the Carnegie resource center but for Monroe instead of Everett. They help with jobs, gas, bus passes, hygiene items like toothbrushes and soap, occasionally even sleeping bags”

“An awesome place to shop! There’s fun finds for everyone in here. I found wonderful condition piggy canisters, and the store is named aptly. The prices are garage sale level, and it makes the experience of thrifting just so much more excellent when you can walk out with your wonderful fines for appropriate prices! Plus, friendly service!!”

“I really like this Goodwill and find a lot of treasures, but why only four stars you ask? Because there have been many times when I've wanted to drop off donations, but when I arrive, the intake is closed due to staffing issues.

This can be very frustrating, especially when your next stop is to pick up your weekly grocery order, but now there's no space in the car to put the bags.

However, there is a small workaround; if you only have clothes and other non-breakable items, inside the store, on the left side of the door, is a drop off bin where you can deposit some of your donations.

The other thing I do is to call ahead to make sure the donation intake is open and operational during the time I'm in town running errands.

Other than that, the store is clean and has everything from furniture to figurines and the staff is very nice!

Thank you.”

“I have been shopping at Everett Goodwill for years, and I enjoy searching for items needed and fun treasures.Unfortunately, as we all have experience and expressed prices have gone up. But then we take a look at the difficulty in donations and theft.May our community support Goodwill job training.”

“Decided to try here instead of Goodwill and glad we did. The prices are much better ($4-$15 per item), my bae and I got about 15-20 items for $80. There was a beautiful grandfather clock selling for $100, and market price is usually $1000. The store is pretty organized and clean, the self checkout was a little glitchy but the attendant was prompt to help”
