“Always amazing as per the usual. I've been with them since I was a child after I got my first check for a holiday, and I've never had any qualms with them. Always amazing, always professional.The only incident I ever had with them was when I opted for E statements but was still getting charged for the paper statements. I emailed in and after only a few exchanges, the wonderful lady on the other end informed me that their system goofed and had me down for both. It was promptly fixed the same day and a refund was issued.My fiance finances his motorcycle through them and they've been nothing but amazing for him as well. His bank, BECU, required a down payment that was much larger than what he could afford. Sno Falls only required $100 as a down payment for a motorcycle loan, so of course he went with them. Paying his bill is easy, he just has to go on their website and use his BECU card.”
