“These guys were awesome! The service was professional, everything on my car looked brand new again. The staff was very friendly, the prices were the best around. I only took away a star because the workers have paint dust on their clothing and my black interior was covered in it. Normally I would not consider this a big deal because I thought it could be an easy clean up. It was not. My driver's seat has a paint stain that I cannot remove. I covered everything in plastic when I brought it in the second time, but it was too late.Services: Painting”

Today, I had a simple task-- get windshield wiper blades. Trevor, the Store Manager, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to come out and inspect my wiper blades.

I filled my toolbox with New Britain tools from this store in 1985 and use them all the time and have never had problems with any of them. This store gets no complaints from me.”

My car’s battery died and the staff not only helped me select the right battery and the tool I needed to install the new one, but drove me back to where my car had died so I could install it. I received a $25 credit when I brought my old battery for disposal, and the staff even ran a check engine light scan for me to help assess something else going wrong with my car. Definitely go to this store location!”

“I brought in my Ford Maverick for Line-X application. It is a small bed, but built for customization, so it has a lot of tie downs, threaded inserts, grommets, etc. that need to be dealt with. I have read online reviews of spray on liners gone wrong at other locations where things were just sprayed over.Line-X@410 did a great job. They probably had to spend more time prepping my bed than applying the liner. I would totally recommend them. I am very happy with how it turned out and the price was competitive.”
“The team was extremely helpful, especially Tim. I needed a new battery, and upon trying to go home w/said battery my car wouldn’t start. Tim came out and changed the Battery for me in minutes. Would have easily taken me an hr, obviously mot well versed in simple car fixes.

“Well I recently had to order a part from these guys. It was a specialized large fuse up in the engine area called a resistor or a relay. We weren't sure which of the five different fuses that are assigned to the fan blower for the heater inside the car. It was a $23 part, they charged me a fee for ordering it and a delivery charge. Plus it took over 2 weeks. Hopefully it will solve my problem. Everything else aside, customer service has always been excellent here no matter what happens and no matter what I pay. And I do completely appreciate all the help I have gotten every time. Thanks you guys.”
