“I love coming here for the touchless car wash, but almost $16 for a car wash is ridiculous. If you have the money and you can afford to waste it I would go there otherwise go somewhere cheaper.”

“I had the windshield protection film applied to my windshield and sunroof and it looks amazing. Maintenance seems easy enough (mainly just need to clean my wiper blades). Definitely detail oriented- I’d also check out their window tinting. Overall very pleased and loved worked with them.”

“I don’t really want to share.. selfishly, but since Keyon asked if I would I am. First off, let’s talk about how great every person that works there is!! They all looked happy to be at work, communicated to each other, laughed, helped each other and just looked like such a great place to work! Second, They walked me through every step they were making on my car, checked tires, all my lights, Told me what they suggested or was alittle worn out. Third, easy breezy, you sit in your car while they do the work. Even the younger adults that worked there were very friendly, that’s surprising with them growing up in covid.. I’m a teacher so I’ve experienced having a different generation since. 10/10.. Thank you!!”

“I've always had good experiences at Brown Bear. There was an incident where the machine hit our car but luckily no damage was done. Today I had a coupon and I thought I had one more day before it expired. A gentleman came over and kindly told me it had expired a couple of days ago. “Updating review. Customer Services reached out almost immediately and offered a coupon for another wash. I was also unaware of their policy that you can go through again if the car wasn't cleaned the first time. I will say that I've been through other washes with similar dirt and bird droppings, and only had to go through once. But aside from the hassle of having to go through multiple times, at least they do let you go through until the car is clean.”

“Super sweet teens/young adults who did a great job detailing my car. I just drive it across country and was getting it ready to ship overseas. While it wasn't bad because I tried to take care of it myself, the young gentleman there with the beautiful head of curly hair took care to get the bug splatters my car acquired over the week long drive. If I was staying in the area, I'd make this my go to detailing shop. Amazing job and reasonable prices.”
“The carwash itself does a pretty good job. The attendant's most of the time don't spray the extra cleaning solution on the stuck on bug goo, as you have to ask them to do it before you go in. If you get the monthly carwash deal and go more than three times, it reduces the cost of the wash.”

I keep a re-purposed Prescription Bottle full of Tokens in My pocket, if needed. Can't really complain too much, except after I Wash My Full Sized Truck, I can Hear that Beeping in My Head... Lol ?”
