It looks like I ran my 3 finger through the whole side of the car on. Both sides didn't even wash the back window. It's gone down hill. It used to be good I don't know what happened it's bad now. I will not go there anymore.”

“Great experience with this local company. I do recommend them. Anthony was very responsive to my calls text and questions. There were a couple tiny bubbles in the ppf as well as some in the window tint I noticed when I picked up my car. Anthony said they would dissipate as the they cured over the next 2 to 3 weeks and if not to bring it back in. In fact I can't see them anymore after the first week. I have already recommended Ocdetail to a friend that will likely be calling about getting his car in soon.Great work thanks much for delivering a quality job the first time. Nice work guys!!!”

“I finally tried this new car wash. Bought the mid priced wash for a small crossover SUV for $15.I really liked the free vacuums and noticed that they keep this place incredibly clean around the vacuums with all attendant sweeping the parking lot for small bits of trash.The machine did a good job on every side of the car except the rear. The attendant did quickly blast the rear with a handheld pressure washer wand before going through, but the sprayers and brushes didn't reach into some contoured/recessed areas on the back of the car, leaving many grimy scratchy looking patches. (Photo included)When I get home I will get a damp towel and wipe it down and will remember to bring a small towel to wipe down any missed areas when I come back.All in all it's still a very nice new car wash and I'll come back again.”

“I've been going to Mike on and off for almost 10 years. Mike has detailed my SUV about 4x and has done work on my car over the years. He has fixed paint chips, scratches, fixed my tail lights, replaced my bumper, changed my breaks, and has done a full tune up. He is fair pricing compared to many other mechanic places and I fully trust him with my car. It's not every day you run across honest and highly skilled mechanics. I recommend Mike for anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off by greedy America and inflation, without sacrificing an honest and quality job done right. He's really talented and fair. “Very clean car wash. This one stands out in the area because it has the scrubbing brushes. Also has in person help. You pull in and they walk you through the kiosk (think the assistants outside chic fil a). You select a mode and go through the tunnel. This place they help guide you to the little track that locks your wheel. You are instructed to put the car in neutral. Then some hard working gentlemen actually scrub some tough to get areas around the car.You get pulled through and it is pretty fun. There are lights and it smells amazing. Prices are about the same if not better than places in the area. I love this because the vacuums are free. The only way to access them is after exiting the car wash. Very clever design.While I was vacuuming the staff walked around and offered help and said hello. They were very friendly and approachable. Would love to bring my kid next time.”

“We use Classy Chassis for our business, and my last visit for an oil change was great! Was greeted by two young kids, it was during the freezing weather and they worked hard and quick!The car wash was down but it was weather related, overall this is a great choice for an oil change. Hope to get back to claim my free car wash.They also have an on site coffee place which is great as well.”

They have staff here to dry off your car compared to other car washes in which you have to do the drying on your own. They also have free vacuums if you purchase a car wash. I highly recommend doing the monthly promotion for unlimited car washes every month.”

“Updating review. Customer Services reached out almost immediately and offered a coupon for another wash. I was also unaware of their policy that you can go through again if the car wasn't cleaned the first time. I will say that I've been through other washes with similar dirt and bird droppings, and only had to go through once. But aside from the hassle of having to go through multiple times, at least they do let you go through until the car is clean.”

“I went through Brown bear Friday of labor day weekend. And as I exited the car wash I noticed my wiper blade was missing and my wiper arm was bent backwards and had some broken plastic pieces. So I turned around went and talked to an employee, she helped me fill out some paperwork and said my manager will give you a call about this. I figured yeah right its Friday of a holiday weekend.Sure enough Chase the manager called me and said I'm sorry this has happened and if you can get a quote for repairs we can write you a check to get it fixed. So I got a quote took it back and talked to Chase was so nice super helpful and reassured me this happens often in car washes and we will make it right. Thank you Chase at Brown Bear I appreciate your help. I'd highly recommend this car wash to others.”
