The first week of December 2023, the branch does not answer the phone or respond to email communications. I had to call the national call center to handle CD issues.

Slow, like 25-30minutes slow. Unfriendly and act like they hate their jobs. From Spanaway I will now drive to So. Hill on 112th just to be treated better. When I'm a customer that deposit over 70,000 dollars each month it would be nice to be treated respectfully.

Went in to get my cash off my child support card my new last name is not on the card and I explained to the lady that I haven’t been able to switch my stuff off and showed her my new is as well. She would accept it I then asked for my stuff back and she literally threw my cards at me and was extremely rude!!

They would not provide any services to non members. When I did have an account they overcharged on everything and constantly charged overdraft fees for an account that never dropped below 5k. Avoid like the plague. Only bank of America is worse

Ruby helped me wire money for my house, it was her first time but someone guided her through it. They were very friendly and the branch is extremely clean and nice inside.

I’m giving them 3 stars because usually everyone I interact with is nice. But, going through the drive through is ALWAYS so slow! Every single time, it never fails. Waiting in line 20+ minutes is absolutely ridiculous. It’s the only location I noticed that has this problem. I’ve never seen more than 1 teller at the window.
