Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I had a recent mobile use question, as well as general banking needs... everything was resolved quickly, with kindness, patience and sincerity!

Slow, like 25-30minutes slow. Unfriendly and act like they hate their jobs. From Spanaway I will now drive to So. Hill on 112th just to be treated better. When I'm a customer that deposit over 70,000 dollars each month it would be nice to be treated respectfully.
