“Love this place! The freezer is a full walk-in—seriously, it's like stepping into a cold paradise. They have tons of amazing options you won’t find at regular Costcos, and everything comes in bigger quantities (yes, even bigger than usual!). Hard to believe, but true. The meat selection is top tier—great cuts and bulk options that make it hard to shop anywhere else. If you like to stock up or run a business, this is the spot. ?”

“So my first experience here went absolutely perfect. I had assistance from one of our company drivers. Upon arrival, park on slight hill against curb. Walk to opposite end of building, up the will call ramp. They post your door assignment on the reciever door, by appt. If you have a question push button on silver box left of door, a pleasant women will assist you. Back into door. And they will come out and lock your red air line. When finished unloading he will onlock and give you your paperwork.”
“Very good experience delivering here. It's a little tight entering this business plaza, but there's plenty of space to dock provided that nobody is docked in front of you. The guy with glasses that came to assign me to a door was nice and he actually helped me with the docking which was incredibly thoughtful. Very good man. Wish there were more like him in this world.You wait at the side of the "Hanes" building as shown in the picture. When you turn left to enter the dock area, go all the way down, make a left, and back up to park next to the "Hanes" office. Someone will come and grab you. Make sure to go to the Crate and Barrel receiving door and ring the doorbell to let someone know you're here. You will see the office in the corner juat before making that left turn into the docks.Someone will come grab you or assign you to a door. I came at 5am (appointment was at 7am) and they came and assigned me to a door at 6am. They unloaded the 25 pallets in about 45 minutes.”

“Reviews had me worried but when I arrived there was a line of trucks parked on road I assume waiting for appointment. Went around and into gate with no wait. Arrived 0125 for 0200 appointment, immediately was put in door and instantly started unloading. Lumper & paperwork was fast, employees all friendly. Was in and out of facility in 1 hour.”
“My appointment was scheduled for 10am, I showed up at 08:22 checked in and was given a dock immediately. Was loaded by 09:56, walked to Shipping office and paperwork done??? back on the road by 10:00 . Plenty of room to back into dock. No complaints here buddy‼️??”
“In and out in and hour.Great place for unload. Was given a door and unloaded within an hour. Dropping off is easy. Friendly staff. No overnight parking. Check in is half hour before your appointment. Enter on Milwaukee Ave. There's no parking on site . The only parking is on the frontage road on the north side of the building .”

“Great place for delivery. Empty in less than an hour. Check in at the gate. Great people at the check in. Overnight parking on site. When you have green light go to door 18 after like 20 minutes and your paperwork will be ready.”
