Smiling ear to ear, getting your fitting rooms ready, grabbing clothes in different sizes for you, etc They are over the top with their customer service and hospitality and make you feel like you're in a high end store. “The size range here is amazing! Im 5’9 and an XS Tall in scrubs and it’s so hard for me to find quality scrubs that fit. They carry as small as xxs and tall and petite sizing, im not sure exactly about plus. The color and brand options are also good, and they range from $20-$45 a piece. The employees are so so helpful and never rushing. There’s also fitting rooms available. 100% returning and recommending to others.”

“I dread going to the mall but free shipping is a killer selling point... So, I've trucked myself to the mall to pick up orders lately and every time I go the staff is absolutely amazing. They aren't pushy, they don't follow me around the store hounding me, they just let me shop and then are available and helpful when I need them. They've also helped me track down a sweatshirt I barely had a description for online. They've handled a size exchange and also helped to make sure I ordered the right size of t shirt when they didn't have my size in store. The staff have been friendly, helpful, personable, and genuinely have been great ambassadors for the brand. They've even made me feel less hinky about going to thr stupid mall. Listen, I can't say enough good things about the Tacoma Mall staff. They are doing things incredibly right over there. All of that said, I gave five stars but I do want to mention that if the service weren't so stellar I'd likely dock up to two stars for lack of selection. It's especially egregious to have such limited options for skirts, dresses, and shoes. Not everyone wants to wear pants and jeans and having shoe options that I could just pick up would be amazing.”

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and id go back just because the selection was really good. Clerk was pleasant and helpful and there was no pressure to buy from her. Just good service and quick checkout.”
