I love this Barnes and noble! I grew up in the spokane valley and I often went to this store with my family and my husband. I love the smell of all the books, and the coffee shop. All the feels.

Store was clean with great service however the Starbucks in store experience was not great. Employees talking about out of work personal issues the whole time, messed up my drink order twice, very slow, and not welcoming or inviting.

All the selection you can hope for. But, some of the staffers are less than helpful. Hopefully they will feel better if there is another time I am desperate enough to come in again.
