“Place is awesome and the staff is A) Super friendly, always happy to have random banter and B) Incredibly knowledgeable about what they are selling. If you have a question about anything that can be classified as "Nerd" culture, then they probably have a good answer for you. When I first got into comic books, I had no idea where to even start because there are oodles and oodles of them out there, with no real comic saying "Start Here", but they have flawlessly pointed me in the right direction each time on what to start with if I wanted to get into a specific character or prepare for reading into a story arc. Big fan of this place, and happy that we have it in Spokane”

“This was my first visit to an Adventist book store. I'm very impressed! The selection of books and other materials is second to none! And the health food section is lots of fun, especially for someone who just went vegan about a month ago! I will definitely be back!”
“Really love the store. The staff are friendly and the selection is great! I wouldn't recommend the Starbucks in the store but the rest is great. It's a specialty store so its a bit pricey but if your looking for a specific book or audio if they don't have it they can get it.”
“I don’t want to totally knock this place because maybe there was some kind of family emergency but we got here at 5 when the hours online and on the door said they were open until 6. The closed sign was already up though and the door locked. Pretty bummed because I work long shifts and wanted to take the kiddos somewhere different today and this was the soonest I could get there.Updated review: simple mistake. They are open until 6 but owner emailed me and explained what happened. Kiddos and dad went back two days later and found some cool markers and books. I’m reading the one they picked for me now (Rouge. It’s dark and I’m only 20 pages in and HOOKED).I definitely recommend- especially considering how quick I was emailed and provided info and an apology (which honestly was just a first-world problem haha). That’s excellent customer service!”

One goes into this shop with an open mind, to spend some time allowing the books to speak to you, and you will find that the book you NEED will make itself known.Two floors of tomes, don't forget to go downstairs to see their entire inventory.Staff was extremely helpful, even when both my husband and I got a little over excited and had WAY too many questions for them. 10/10, will visit again, but only once I have allocated cash for the trip so I am not able to add more to my book hoard than I can afford.”

“Part of my pre-flight ritual always includes a stop at the GEG Auntie's Bookstore. I always get a latte (and there is never a line, unlike the OTHER place) and I always get a delicious latte. It tends to be early in the morning, and I can be a little cranky after getting through security, but the quick and delicious Auntie's coffee always perks me up. Cheers to a local option at the Spokane airport! Plus- you can pick up some great local and national bestsellers for the flight. Reading is sexy.”
