My overall experience has been neutral. The ture buying was excellent, but I left a flat repair with white letters out instead of black letters out. I didn't notice until I was home, and my schedule didn't allow me to swing back by to have the crew fix it (which they surely would have!). Otherwise, everything has been excellent!
