Montgomery Hardware is an excellent, locally owned hardware store with an amazing inventory and extensive selection. The staff is top notch, very friendly, helpful, and provides excellent customer service. Many customers note the workers are knowledgeable and take the time to help find exactly what is needed. If they do not have an item, they will find it. The store is often reported as having the cheapest prices and being a lot friendlier than other hardware stores. Customers appreciate the personal touch, with some mentioning they are known by name. Many choose to drive out of their way to shop there, finding it less time-consuming in the long run. The free popcorn and the friendly shop dog waiting to greet people at the counter are noted as an added bonus.
