“As a handyman professional I tend to avoid working on older mobile homes because of the poorly made construction and unusual sizes. Often times people use the wrong products that cause extensive water damage down the road. However, Roy at Anchor has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable so that I can provide a service to mobile home owners who want to upgrade their homes correctly. “My first time doing business with United Rentals was phenomenal. I've had mostly negative experiences with rental companies with poor customer service and poor equipment.
I purchased a used scissor lift from the Tacoma store that was in good condition with lower than average hours and an excellent price. Enough so that it was worth driving across the state getting 10-12 mpg to get it.
However when I got it home I wasn't able to use it due to battery failure. I was definitely disappointed and I really didn't think United would offer any help, but to my surprise the Tacoma branch collaborated with the Spokane branch and within a week a tech was sent out who replaced the batteries and checked over the entire scissor lift.
The Spokane branch didn't even make the sale and they didn't hesitate to get involved and help. Absolutely amazing!
I am NOT used to that level of customer service!
I can absolutely recommend United Rentals for anyone needing to rent or purchase equipment. I'm not even commercial, I'm just a private consumer which makes the whole experience that much more unbelievable.
I am definitely letting all of my associates know what a stand-up company United Rentals is.

“It's harbor freight they sell tools and such. They used to send out a monthly flyer,you could look at it when you were on the pot. Not anymore.
Decent tools at a couple of different price ranges. It's a good store. You can put your hands on the tools that you're gonna buy. I like that option, much more than, SURPRISE here's the junk you been waiting a month for, sure looked good online, huh? No. Plus these people can help you get the correct tool to suit your needs. Brick n mortar stores are very good.

Then there is Bruce! For two days in a row he made figuring out what was needed to complete our auto watering & drip systems. He is such a pleasure to work with, his smile infectious & his knowledge really helps reduce frustration.
