“As a handyman professional I tend to avoid working on older mobile homes because of the poorly made construction and unusual sizes. Often times people use the wrong products that cause extensive water damage down the road. However, Roy at Anchor has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable so that I can provide a service to mobile home owners who want to upgrade their homes correctly. I couldn't have done a correctly sized bathtub/shower and door replacement without them! Thank you!”

“You need hose. They have hose. They have more hose than you can shake a nozzle at. They have those too. Just like Bubba’s list of shrimp, they got water hose, brake hose, hydraulic hose, pressure washer hose, air hose, fire hose, drain hose, thick hose, thin hose. They’re more than just hose though! They have electrical fittings, hose fittings, power tools, pumps, and even air compressors. Best of all, they have free popcorn. Actually, the best part is the knowledgeable service to make sure you get the right hose for your house.”

“My first time doing business with United Rentals was phenomenal. I've had mostly negative experiences with rental companies with poor customer service and poor equipment. I purchased a used scissor lift from the Tacoma store that was in good condition with lower than average hours and an excellent price. Enough so that it was worth driving across the state getting 10-12 mpg to get it. However when I got it home I wasn't able to use it due to battery failure. I was definitely disappointed and I really didn't think United would offer any help, but to my surprise the Tacoma branch collaborated with the Spokane branch and within a week a tech was sent out who replaced the batteries and checked over the entire scissor lift. The Spokane branch didn't even make the sale and they didn't hesitate to get involved and help. Absolutely amazing! I am NOT used to that level of customer service! I can absolutely recommend United Rentals for anyone needing to rent or purchase equipment. I'm not even commercial, I'm just a private consumer which makes the whole experience that much more unbelievable. I am definitely letting all of my associates know what a stand-up company United Rentals is. Thank you!”

“I get a lot of my nails/ framing supplies here and these guys are the best. Only the best name brand tools at a fair price, no longer do I have to order Occidental bags online or stiletto hammers, tajima chalk boxes, etc from Amazon. ?”

“Every time I stop in I’m greeted at the door and am asked if I need help from someone who knows what they are talking about. My last visit I was treated like a neighbor and it felt like I was back in time. Can’t speak higher of Jon and the staff here. The fishing section was impressive something I didn’t expect.”

“It's harbor freight they sell tools and such. They used to send out a monthly flyer, you could look at it when you were on the pot. Not anymore. Decent tools at a couple of different price ranges. It's a good store. You can put your hands on the tools that you're gonna buy. I like that option, much more than, SURPRISE here's the junk you been waiting a month for, sure looked good online, huh? No. Plus these people can help you get the correct tool to suit your needs. Brick n mortar stores are very good. Just my opinion. Peace, Dino”

“Because of the workers we go to this location instead of another closer store. Repeatedly we get the service and info we need. Shout Out to Michael, Fred & Logan for helping me fix my drill!!! The Rental Dept is a handy dept. Then there is Bruce! For two days in a row he made figuring out what was needed to complete our auto watering & drip systems. He is such a pleasure to work with, his smile infectious & his knowledge really helps reduce frustration. There was another gentleman a couple weeks ago who gave us the basic start, wish I had his name. You all make us want to come back. Thank you very much!”
