“Seriously amazing it’s open 24/7. As someone who hates going to the gym lol it’s the only place I will workout at because of that fact. I go when hardly anyone is there. The cats pajamas!!”

“The BEST place. I started here 3 years ago and have never looked back. The trainers are incredible, the atmosphere is amazing and the workouts absolutely push you to the limit leaving you feeling so accomplished. It’s the hardest part of my day and easily the best part at the same time. You truly get out what you put in here, and the trainers/fellow members will support you every step of the way! 10000% will recommend to everyone I know!”

“As someone deeply involved in MMA, I can confidently say Spokane Valley CrossFit is a game-changer. This gym goes beyond your average CrossFit gym—it’s a serious training ground for combat athletes looking to level up their strength, conditioning, and mental toughness.

The coaching staff is incredibly knowledgeable, with experience in training high-performance athletes, including fighters. They understand the demands of MMA and tailor workouts to complement striking, grappling, and endurance. Whether it’s explosive power for takedowns or stamina for going the distance in a five-round fight, the programming here delivers.

The atmosphere is motivating, gritty, and focused—exactly what you want when you’re prepping for a fight or competition. The community is supportive but pushes you to perform at your best every single day. I’ve seen firsthand how this place has elevated fighters’ performance in/out of the cage.

If you’re an MMA athlete or just someone looking to train like one, Spokane Valley CrossFit is the spot. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about becoming a better, stronger, more resilient version of yourself.”

“I have been working out at the workout warehouse for almost a year. The memberships are contract free, and definitely reasonably priced! Stacy keeps the gym very clean and organized. Lots of weight equipment for weight lifters lovers like me. They have punching bags, stairs, ellipticals, bikes, treadmills, balance balls, workout bands, sauna and tanning. There is personal trainers available as well for added pricing, and I highly recommend Tony Manzo! Go check them out.”

“It was a very nice gym, but unfortunately it's closed down. It has been for some time. The owners opened the gym just in time for Covid 19 & Washington State governor Jay Inslee's multiple mandatory gym closures.I'm including a photo taken the other night. The gym is dark inside & there's a sign for a real estate company in the window, apparently offering the place for sale or lease.I can find no information that the gym is reopening either.”

“Great place! Staff are great, and my son can workout or swim while I workout. Had an issue in the gym where my son couldn’t find a basketball and one of the staff members quickly helped him find one and made his day great… Very impressed. I would give it a 10 out of 10 if I could.”

“Pretty fun. Although, they charge $1 per play for the laser maze. So you pay for your entry per person, then you pay for food and drinks when you get hungry, (both of which are acceptable charges). But then, they have an attraction they advertise on the website that doesn’t come with entry. I’m very frustrating and disappointing for those of us who have larger families.”
