I had a GREAT Experience with H&R complete. I had a septic alarm go off on a Friday at 2 AM! To make matters worse we had guests from out of town so having no showers and restrooms available was not an option. Scott with H&R was out that morning. My pump had gone bad. They had a new pump installed that day. We very happy and grateful for their response time and efforts to get us back on line.

Refuses to stand behind their system installation. My septic system started failing within 4 years. I have had 2 other septic opinions given to me stating that it is faulty design & installation. I gave them a chance to fix the problem but they refuse at even a mutual price but they refuse and are forcing me to pay someone else and go to court to get reimbursed. RUN away if you need a new system installed.

Not sure they even deserve a one star. This company is only about billing you for work they don’t do. I had my system reviewed by H\\u0026R back in July. They charged me $360 for that review, which is somewhat understandable but did no work on my system. I asked the to come back out in Sept to quote me on the things that were found and he sent me a outrageous quote for moving some equipment and fixing a $300 ultraviolet light system. I turned down the bid and Scott sent me another bill for $265, for quoting me to fix my system. This guy is just a scammer and should not be used or called. If he shows up to your house it’s going to be $265 no matter what.

They know the business, however be aware they charge every time they come out to your house. No free estimates. Just a money scammer.

Scott came out and examined my septic system. Reset the septic controls as I was having a low level alarm everytime the septic tank pump cycled. After Scott left, alarm was back on.....After examining the septic system again, looking at my blueprints and searching for answers on the internet, I discovered that the vent on the discharge tube wasn't working. Called Scott on the phone and asked about my discovery. He concurred that I needed a vent hole. Drilled a new hole to break the vacuum after the pump cycles, and all is good. So, after spending over 400 bucks, which was for Scott's travel time, I got an education on how to fix it myself.A bit disappointed in H & R. Scott is knowable but should have cycled the system to insure that he fix the problem.Service: Outdoor system repair

H&R Complete was the right choice for us! Toward the end of winter 2019, we noticed that our fresh water looked like grey water. Turns out that our fresh water holding tank developed a crack which was evident by the sinkhole near one of the sides. H&R Complete was recommended to us by a friend, so we gave them a call. Herb came out to survey the damage. He brought in another contractor to supply the new tank, who was also incredibly professional. Together, they removed, excavated, replaced, and hooked up a new concrete vault. I've recommended Herb (H&R Complete) to anyone who has had issues with septic or freshwater vaults. Thanks, Herb!

This place is the best. I had no idea where my septic tank was, they located it the day I called. Fixed my issue within a few days. All the employees were professional and did a GREAT job. I would recommend this place to anyone. Heather was so helpful, and the price was affordable. Thanks to everyone at H&R for a job well done!

The short story is that this company needs a different office manager, a different owner, and definitely more empathy for their customers. Our septic tank wouldn’t drain, so we couldn’t run water or flush our toilets. On the recommendation of a drain specialist, I called H and R Complete. It was a complete mistake. Please don’t reward this company for their utter incompetence. Call someone else. Here’s the full story:I called on a Friday and explained the problem to Michele, the office manager. She said she’d send out a crew on Tuesday between 8 and noon to pump the tank, diagnose the drainage problem and take steps to fix it. On Tuesday, I waited until 1 pm and no one showed up. I called and got a recording. I left a message and waited another hour. No call. I called back and Michele answered, then told me she FORGOT to put us on the schedule! Now I was mad, since I had made it clear to her that this was an urgent situation and I’d just wasted five days waiting for this repair crew.So Michele got hold of one of their pumpers, Dave, who was en route to another job, and redirected him to our house. If all I needed was my tank pumped, I’d give them four stars - five for Dave, minus one for all that waiting, which wasn’t his fault. It was Michele’s fault. Dave was great, but he was alone and only equipped to pump the tank, which did not solve our problem. Now our problem was worse, not better, because now we were back to the starting point of trying to get people out to diagnose and fix the drainage issue. Dave said he would have the owner, Herb, call me to talk about fixing the issues. Herb didn’t call. The next day, I called and, unfortunately, talked to Michele again, asking when Herb would contact me. She said “probably tomorrow”. Her attitude was basically that she had rectified her scheduling mistake by getting Dave out here to pump the tank. There was no sense whatsoever that she understood the urgency of the problem. We still couldn’t flush our toilets and we had to limit our water usage so we didn’t fill the tank up again before it was fixed. To underscore how little they cared, Herb finally did call, a FULL WEEK LATER. No apology, just left a message saying “This is Herb from H and R. Give me a call.” Um, no. Needless to say, we got another company to come out.To add icing on the cake, they charged us $535 just to pump the tank, which is outrageously expensive, even after screwing us over the way they did. We are considering suing them, since they caused us at least six extra days of extreme inconvenience.

Had H&R Complete install a new system for my home. They were very professional and helpful in explaining how it all works. I have recommended the company to other people who need help with their septic systems.

Based on yelp reviews I decided to give this company a try. After several days of leaving multiple voice mails and emails with no response from H&R, I decided not to give them my business (that is, if they ever bother to return my messages).
