I thankfully don't have to shop for a bed or the accessories very often. However if you need to Mattress Firm is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

My salesperson, Hunter was extremely helpful. He patiently answered all my questions. He took time to educate me about my sleep needs and spine health. I was able to make a really informed decision. I did not feel rushed or coerced into one versus another mattress. I can't wait to sleep on my new mattress and wish I hadn't put off investing in my health so long.

Eric and Hunter were extremely helpful and patient as we went through the process of picking out our new mattress. Eric went over the numerous differences between the mattresses and bases. After much debate we settled on a split King with TEMPUR-PRO Breeze Twin mattresses andTEMPUR-PRO ERGO Adjustable Bases. Hunter helped my wife Tina pick out the perfect headboard to complete the perfect set! We ended up financing our purchase with their 48 month 0 interest financing. Which was quick and hassle free. I have health issues and have been having a very hard time finding a mattress that is right for me. I've tried 5 mattresses in the last couple of years, three last 2 from Mattress Firm. They have honored their exchange policy and even authorized a second exchange, which they weren't obligated to do.They have really tried, and have been so patient and so nice to me whenever I go in, even with all this difficulty and exchanges. I'm embarrassed at how hard it's been to find a mattresses that doesn't cause me pain. But they have been wonderful. My new exchange will be coming soon and I just hope it will be the one that works.

Went in specifically for a couple mattresses for our kiddos. The sales rep changed the mattresses out so our kids could try them.. over and over again. We weren't pressured into anything. Did end up with an adjustable base for ourselves but only because the hubby kept playing with it.
