Scott was able to find the best fit for her and help her settle her worries about wearing hearing aids as a young girl and even get excited about them. He was very compassionate and patient with her. The quality of hearing aids is very good. This is her third set of hearing aids, and she said the sound quality is much better with these ones and she loves the Flexibility of being able to adjust the sound according to her environment, and have it connected directly to her phone.”
