I needed to go to talk to a doctor to get a simple piece of plastic replaced and the lady found exactly what I needed that did not need the prescription yet. I was so pleased I could not even believe it she we even worked out a solution because I have a doctors appointment the end of this month and I can get the prescription for that. I need to get the rest of my mask Raien was an absolute savior. I have an extreme problem sleeping without it, don’t know what I would do without her.”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Pacific Medical with a brace and CPM machine for an ACL injury/surgery. During a very stressful time Mitchell was very kind and caring. He took extra time to explain the CPM machine to me twice. While I had the CPM at home I experienced a small issue with it on a Saturday. I called Mitchell. He immediately returned my call and sent the on-call rep to my home to remedy my issue! Very promptly. On a Saturday !!!!!! When I brought back the CPM I asked Mitchell to look at my brace because it was uncomfortable. It was given to me by my doctors office right after the injury and never fit quite right. He knelt down and adjusted every area of my brace to fit MY leg. Its now the most comfortable its been! Still a brace which isnt fun but so much better. Never did i feel like a bother or inconvenience in all of this. Dont be afraid to ask questions or for adjustments. They will graciously assist. Thank you Pacific Medical and Mitchell!”
