I have been metro customer for over 10 years. T mobile keeps trying to get me to switch, I won't because of Scott!! Scott is the best owner ever!! His customer service is unmatchable, his knowledge is amazing and he is the most honest and friendly guy around! He is truly helpful and has your best interest, he is very honest and so easy to work with!! As long as I'm in the valley, I stay with metro because of Scott. Thanks for being you Scott and for making it a great experience for those of us that prefer In person transactions. You are the best!!

Scott refused to help me because I bought my phone at Walmart told me I should get a refund and come back Which was not true went to a different store and they were super nice and had me a done in 20min with no problems would not recommend this store for hooking up new phones.worst experience I have ever had and I have been with metro for 15 years

Scot was very pleasant when we got there understood the drive coming from Idaho. Answered all my questions regarding phone. He even recommended business loops to get home due to traffic. Awesome

I had to get a new phone for my fiance because she was in the hospital and the manager Scott was so helpful, it was very busy but he went above and to make sure we got the phone set up. Probably one of the nicest and most respectable people I've dealt with in a long time. You can tell he cares about his store, thank you for the extra long charging cord too!!

Horrible service ! Phone won't receive calls more then half the time. Get voice-mails hours after people leave them, text msg come through hours latter then sent -sometimes. Wast of money !!! I can't even say it's worth one star. Wish scamers like this place wouldn't exist. I don't recommend this service to anyone unless you want to wast more time being frustrated and left out of the loop in your social life.

The guy is a scam artist. I started paying my husband's bill almost a year ago in this store. The owner said to pay cash because it's cheaper than card. I would ask for a receipt but he would have some excuse as to why I can't have one. I finally went online to see my husband's bill. The owner was charging my $5 extra dollars everything I went to pay the bill. I was paying $75 on a $70 bill and he never reported it on the payment history. Don't go to this store ever!!!
